What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 5pm – 1:30am
Saturday: 12pm – 1:30am
Sunday: 12pm – 12:30am
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve a table directly through our website here, or by calling our reservations team on 020 7225 2502. Our reservations lines are open Monday to Tuesday 9am – 6pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am – 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday 9am – 6pm.
Is there a waiting list for fully booked dates?
We do not offer a waiting list; however, our reservations page displays live availability in case of cancellations.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We always recommend reserving in advance to avoid disappointment. We are only able to accommodate walk-ins in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Is there a time limit for dining?
Due to high demand, all tables have a time allocation which varies depending on group size. Your reservation confirmation will outline your allocated dining time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change; however, we kindly ask guests to cancel at least 24 hours in advance for reservations of up to 4 guests, and 48 hours in advance for groups of 5 or more. Otherwise, a £50 per person cancellation or no-show fee may apply.
Cancellation policies for private dining and events may differ.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, we operate a smart casual dress code. We kindly ask guests to dress appropriately for the restaurant’s atmosphere. Sportswear, gym wear, flip-flops, and beachwear are not permitted. Smart trainers are acceptable.
Do you allow children?
Yes, children are welcome in the main dining room; however, guests under 21 are not permitted in the lounge and bar.
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Please note that access is limited due to stairs, and we do not currently have a fully wheelchair-accessible setup. We recommend contacting our team in advance so we can advise on the best possible arrangements.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift cards for MA/NA Mayfair are available and can be purchased on our website.

MA/NA is located at 30 Upper Grosvenor Street, London W1K 7PH.
What is the nearest tube station?
The closest stations are Marble Arch (Central Line) and Bond Street (Central, Jubilee, and Elizabeth Lines), both within a short walking distance.
Where is the nearest taxi rank?
Taxi ranks are available nearby on Park Lane and Grosvenor Square, both just a few minutes’ walk from the restaurant.
Is parking available nearby?
While MA/NA does not offer on-site parking, several public car parks are located nearby, including Grosvenor Square Car Park and Park Lane Car Park. Valet services may also be available through nearby hotels.

MA/NA is a modern Japanese restaurant rooted in precision, seasonality, and refined technique, expressed through a contemporary London lens.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements or allergies?
Yes, with advance notice, we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. We offer a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the menu is fully gluten-free. Please inform us at the time of booking so our team can prepare accordingly.
Do you allow outside cakes for celebrations?
We kindly ask guests not to bring outside cakes or food due to allergy and cross-contamination risks. However, our team can offer in-house options for celebrations.
Do you offer anything special for birthdays or celebrations?
Yes, we offer tailored touches for special occasions. Please note any requests when making your reservation.
Is there a bar where I can enjoy a drink before or after dinner?
Yes, MA/NA features a cocktail-led bar offering a curated selection of signature serves, fine wines, sake, and champagne.
Do you host guest chefs or special dining events?
Yes, MA/NA hosts a limited number of special events and collaborations throughout the year.
Is there music or entertainment during dinner?
Yes, sound is an integral part of the experience, building subtly as the evening unfolds.
